Great story.

Hi. I have been very angry over the smallest things lately and recently it almost goes into blind rage where I nearly felt like destroying something(like crashing a car to a tree). I often feel that everyone is against me and I have gotten very defensive. I work in a stressful environment and I have not gone for a break for the past 5 months. Furthermore, my wife is giving birth real soon. How can I stop myself from being so angry all the time? It is affecting my work and I am afraid it will soon affect my family as I get so irritable, my head sometimes feel like bursting. I am feeding the wrong wolf. Please advise.
